Today’s Scripture:

Counsel in the heart of man is like deep water,
but a man of understanding will draw it out.
Proverbs 20:5

Welcome to Conversion Center!

Conversion Center is on a mission to birth reformation to this town and county by the power and authority of God’s commission to our ministry team.  We are here to reach out to the lost and minister to the saved.  God has begun a great work in this area: bringing deliverance to the lives of many, setting the captives free, healing the hurting and broken-hearted, and establishing His Word in the hearts and lives of those who have ears to hear!
“The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me, because the Lord has anointed me to preach good news to the poor; to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound…. to give them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they may be called trees of righteousness, the planting of Lord, THAT HE MAY BE GLORIFIED.”       -Isaiah 61:1-3
Our prayer is that you will be blessed and strengthened by the power of Jesus, and that you will live a life of abundance in fellowship, joy, and freedom in Jesus Christ! Conversion Center church is here for you.  We are a fellowship of believers coming together to declare the glory of the Lord, to celebrate Jesus as King, and to prepare for these last days that we are living in.  We study the Word, practice what we learn, and in the process we grow together day by day.  May God bless you abundantly! And may the Lord bless you and keep you! We hope to see you soon!

Keep Your Armor On!

HELMET of Salvation

BREASTPLATE of Righteousness

SWORD of the Spirit

SHIELD of Faith

BELT of Truth

GOSPEL of Peace

As Pastor Belinda was opening the service on Saturday, she was reminding us all to keep our armor on!  And not to take it off, not even to sleep!  We read in Ephesians 6:10-20 about the Armor of God that is accessible to us (we are actually “commanded” to PUT IT ON!) to wage war with, and to also protect us from the fiery darts of the enemy.  As I have been pondering this message and these verses, God showed me how I, personally, will put my armor on, but in the day-to-day routine when things are busy, or when I get “comfortable” or even tired, I will often take it off.  That is
